About – Paul Johnson

Paul Johnson began Paul Johnson Carpentry and Remodeling in the Spring of 2005 after several years of playing music professionally. He had previously worked as part of a small design/build firm and his carpentry experience and artistic nature were a perfect combination for bringing a well balanced, cohesive approach to remodeling.

Paul has always appreciated the life and beauty of the world around him and is invested in doing what he can to further healthy living and longevity for both the planet and its inhabitants. From materials to construction practices, he treads lightly and strives to leave each project as if it had always been there.

Paul Johnson Carpentry works with some of Portland’s finest craftsfolk in all different trades. Having a long standing relationship with a core group of subcontractors has helped ensure the smoothness and quality of every project. The craftsmanship of each of the following companies and individuals is part of every project displayed unless otherwise noted.
